Should I take the programs in order?

The system is designed for progressive learning: each level builds upon the previous one. If you already have prior training in a particular area and wish to start at an intermediate or advanced level, please contact us and we will assess your situation together to guide you toward the most suitable entry point.

Do online courses include practical exercises?

Yes. One of the key differences in Diana's online training is that it's not purely theoretical: in the classes, you can see Diana working directly with real models, observing the entire process of analyzing and applying protocols in the treatment room. You learn by watching how it's done, with the detail and precision of someone who has mastered it.

Can I watch the classes whenever I want?

Yes. Classes are available anytime after you activate your access. There are no fixed schedules or start dates.

How long do I have access for?

If you purchase the complete educational system, you have access to all training courses for one year. If you purchase individual training courses, access is for three months from activation.

What is the live session with Diana?

Each training course includes a live online session where Diana answers specific questions about the course content. When you register, we'll let you know the scheduled date. If you can't attend at that time, the recording will be available for you to watch later.

What is the difference between online and in-person training?

The online courses cover the theoretical and technical foundations: applied hair science, cosmetics, technology, protocols, wellness, and business. The in-person Ava Lyen Method® training provides certification in the complete methodology, including hands-on massage, sensory rituals, and multisensory experiences that cannot be replicated on screen.
