Diana Bustamante Educadora's in-person training courses have limited spaces available. Once a registration is confirmed, the corresponding place is removed from commercial availability and can no longer be offered to another participant.
For this reason, and once the rights of withdrawal or cancellation that are mandatory under applicable law have expired, the payments made are final and non-refundable.
The inability to attend due to the participant's personal circumstances, regardless of their nature, will not entitle them to a refund, rescheduling, credit, compensation, or transfer of the amount paid to another training program. This includes, but is not limited to, medical or health reasons, accidents, family situations, work commitments, schedule changes, financial difficulties, transportation problems, flight cancellations or missed flights, visas, immigration documents, accommodation, or any other situation beyond the control of Diana Bustamante Educadora.
Because these circumstances are beyond the control of the company and the place has already been reserved for the participant, the risk associated with their ability to attend belongs to the participant and will not be transferred to the company.
The presentation of medical certificates, disability certificates, proof of status, travel reservations or other documents does not modify this policy, unless a mandatory legal provision expressly states otherwise.
Total or partial non-attendance will be considered non-attendance (no-show) and will not generate the right to individual recovery of classes, repetition of the training, refund, credit or compensation.
If Diana Bustamante Educadora definitively cancels a training course or makes a material change to the date, city, or essential conditions of the service, the corresponding solution will be offered in accordance with the applicable legislation and the conditions communicated to the participant.
